Thank you for choosing to activate your simpliCity Basic Membership. simpliCity Basic allows you to establish a single-user account for your organization where you can view your FMIT Policy data, submit a claim and access our Member Forum. It is important to understand that simpliCity Basic does not support the necessary data collection required by your entity to be eligible and pre-qualified for the FMIT Turnkey Recovery Program. The purpose of the optional upgrade to simpliCity Pro is to represent to FMIT that your organization wants to reduce recovery time, costs and the many issues that recovery events generate and to provide a resource for entering pre-planning and recovery data so it can be used to help you recover.
For more information about the differences between simpliCity Basic and simpliCity Pro, click here. simpliCity Basic users can upgrade to simpliCity Pro and the Turnkey Recovery program by contacting Synergy ID at 888.852.4485. Please note that the upgrade path to simpliCity Pro and FMIT Turnkey Recovery may be delayed if it is requested while the threat of a storm is imminent. Members in the simpliCity Pro and Turnkey Recovery Program will receive more complete recovery program assistance due to their pre-planning efforts using simpliCity Pro.
