Congratulations on your decision to activate your simplicity Pro Membership!  With simpliCity Pro, your organization receives a one-of-a-kind solution that integrates your insured property information with an asset management and loss recovery system for submitting and tracking claims, projects, vendors, pricing and much more. Better yet, we will work with you to ensure that all of your data is complete and ready to be used in the event of a loss or disaster.

Enrollment Instructions: Please fill out the form below completely so we can expedite account activation.

*simpliCity Pro is a value-added service offered to FMIT Members by Synergy ID LLC. There is an additional cost per year based upon the Total Insured Value of your FMIT Property Policy. We will contact you for billing information once you activate your simpliCity Pro account. If you are signing up for User access under an existing Pro account, you will not be billed an additional yearly enrollment fee. If you need to add additional Users to your Pro account, please fill out the form below for each additional user. After we receive your information, we will contact any Users that have activated.
